Deputy General Manager (Sales) - Real Estate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet company goals, including revenue, profit, and customer acquisition.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and lead a sales team, setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and fostering a high-performance environment.
- **Client Management**: Cultivate relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Analyze real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Drive the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, track performance, and report to higher management on achievements and challenges.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee budgeting for the sales department, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize returns.
- **Contract Negotiations**: Lead negotiations for large deals, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, legal, and operations departments to ensure smooth project execution from sales through closing.
- **Training and Development**: Identify skills gaps within the sales team and organize necessary training programs to enhance their abilities.
- **Sales Forecasting**: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and projections to guide the company’s strategic planning.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 10+ years in sales, with at least 3-5years in leadership roles in real estate or related industries.
- **Knowledge of the Real Estate Market**: A deep understanding of the real estate industry, including trends, key players, and legal aspects.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to manage and inspire a team to achieve high levels of performance.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong ability to negotiate complex contracts with clients and vendors.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and financial reports to make informed decisions.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

**Education**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is often preferred.

**Experience**:
