**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue potential land buyers and investors in Patna.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and client management.
- Provide detailed information about land offerings and guide clients through the purchasing process.
- Maintain and update client records using CRM software (knowledge of CRM software is a plus).
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Stay informed about market trends and property values in Patna.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or land sales industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Must own a 2-wheeler for local travel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
