Job Description:
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding and managing our network of partner restaurants/hotels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Restaurant Empanelment and Activation: Conduct visits to restaurants/hotels for empanelment and activation, ensuring comprehensive representation of our services and value proposition.
Agreement Closure and Rate Negotiations: Lead coordination efforts for closing agreements and negotiating rates with merchants, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with merchants within the assigned region, serving as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
Territory Expansion: Drive initiatives for territory expansion and business development, identifying opportunities to scale up operations and increase market presence.
Communication and Follow-Up: Facilitate ongoing communication and follow-up with owners as needed, adhering to established communication guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency.
Record Keeping and Reporting: Regularly engage with merchants through visits and calls, maintaining accurate records and providing timely reports to the Regional Head on partnership activities and progress.
Product and Service Education: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to prospective ecosystem partners, highlighting value propositions and differentiation.
