Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger management and financial transactions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations.

2. GST & Taxation Compliance:

  • Ensure timely and accurate GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GST Reconciliation).
  • Stay updated with GST laws and ensure compliance with Input Tax Credit (ITC) regulations.
  • Manage TDS compliance, including deductions, payments, and filing of TDS returns.
  • Assist in Income Tax computations and tax planning for the company.

3. Statutory Compliance & Audit Support:

  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other labor laws.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with the Companies Act, MCA filings.
  • Handle ROC filings, preparation of financial statements, and liaising with regulatory authorities.

4. Financial Reporting & MIS:

  • Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and tax computation reports.
  • Provide insights on financial performance, tax liabilities, and compliance status to management.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control strategies.

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
