About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to drive
volume hiring
for our
key accounts in the US market (implementation partners)
. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in
both contract and full-time staffing
, with proven experience in managing large-scale recruitment needs and building strong client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of the
US contracting business
and the ability to deliver efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead
volume hiring efforts
across key US accounts, ensuring timely delivery on all staffing needs (contract- W2 and C2C and full-time). - Partner closely with account managers and client stakeholders to
understand hiring requirements
and translate them into actionable sourcing strategies. - Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
– sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. - Build and maintain strong relationships with
key accounts
, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth. - Develop sourcing pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, and databases to support high-volume hiring.
- Stay updated on
US staffing regulations, compliance, and contracting practices
. - Mentor and guide junior recruiters where required, fostering best practices and efficient delivery.
- Track and report on hiring metrics to ensure transparency and process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8–12 years of proven experience
in US recruitment, covering both
contract and full-time roles
. - Strong exposure to
volume hiring
and
key account management
. - Deep understanding of the
US contracting business model
and compliance requirements. - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in ATS, job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), and sourcing techniques.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
