Role Description
This full-time position for a Sales Account Manager is a hybrid role, meaning it is based in Lucknow with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Account Manager will handle day-to-day tasks including managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Communication skills are crucial for effectively interacting with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work both in an office setting and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in the media or radio industry is a plus
