Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager, located on-site in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing objectives. The Sales Manager will also be accountable for maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and market trends
- Experience in the life science or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
