About the Role
We are seeking a
dynamic Pre-Sales Associate
to join our Global Wealth team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong research skills, excellent communication abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, responsible for initiating conversations, creating interest, and setting the stage for our sales team to build deeper relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Prospecting
- Conduct research on target client segments, industries, and geographies.
- Build and maintain a self-curated pool of high-potential prospects.
- Leverage databases, networking platforms, and industry reports to identify opportunities.
- Client Outreach & Engagement
- Make structured calls and initiate conversations with prospects to generate qualified leads.
- Secure appointments and meetings for the Sales/Advisory team.
- Handle the
first level of client interaction
, understanding client needs, and presenting the firm's value proposition. - Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Sales and Advisory teams to align on client targeting strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and outcomes in CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline development and conversion ratios.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Research (Wealth Management or Financial Services experience is a strong plus).
- Passion for global financial markets and wealth advisory.
