  • MBA (Marketing) with 2-4 years of exp in client servicing, sales data management from Advertising Industry only
  • Should have exp. in any CRM tools

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Servicing & Retention
  2. Analyze sales data to extract insights on productivity and prepare weekly sales forecasts.
  3. CRM Management
  4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with members by delivering exceptional service and personalized support.
  5. Client Onboarding
  6. Member Engagement members via calls, emails, and meetings to understand and address their needs
  7. Issue Resolution & Satisfaction
  8. Database Management & up-to-date database of current and potential members.
  9. Client Communication
  10. Identify and pursue upselling opportunities within the existing membership base
  11. Cross-Promotion of Services
