Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Client Engagement Manager. The Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, developing and managing project plans, analyzing business challenges, and delivering consulting solutions. The role also requires effective communication to align expectations and project deliverables with client goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Consulting Skills
- Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management
- Excellent Communication and Client Relationship Management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Relevant experience in management consulting or a similar role
- Experience working with diverse teams and clients
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
- Experience in business transformation projects is a plus
