Job Title: Presales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Presales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by preparing technical and commercial proposals, engaging with prospective clients, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and map them to company offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations, demos, and product/service pitches.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to design appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and client industries.
  • Maintain documentation of client interactions and presales activities.
  • Support the sales team in lead qualification and nurturing opportunities.
  • Provide timely responses to client queries and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant presales or sales support experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
