WE are hiring for Business development Executive cum Pre-sales Executive to manage the company's CRM and who can convert queries into appointment with sales/ designing team.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Good communication skills - you’re confident, friendly, and clear on the phone
- Comfortable with using CRM tools and managing call follow-ups
- Organized and consistent - you can track leads and follow up without missing a beat Interested in design, interiors, or architecture (bonus if you’ve worked in this space before)
- Self-driven and motivated to hit targets and grow in the role.
- _**Graduate with a background in Sales/ Pre
- sales/ Lead generation or Business development**_

What You’ll Be Doing
- Use our CRM to identify and reach out to architects, designers, and design firms
- Call potential clients to introduce Daftar Decor and explain what we offer
- Share product info, answer basic questions, and highlight why they should meet us
- Set up meetings for the sales/design team to take the conversation further
- Follow up with leads regularly and keep the CRM updated with status and notes Work with the team to improve pitch, follow-up strategy, and lead quality
