Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in B2B software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from contacted leads to deal closure with a deep focus on understanding client needs and matching them with our niche software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients, highlighting features like:
  • Performance analysis
  • Understand customer pain points and present tailored software solutions.
  • Convert leads into qualified opportunities and successfully close sales deals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the product and support teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve product development and customer experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in software/B2B sales, preferably in ERP, inventory, or accounting solutions.

  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of accounting, inventory, or distribution operations is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience selling software to distributors or in the LPG sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
