Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize lead generation tools like , , , LinkedIn Navigator, and other platforms to identify and research potential leads.
  • Build and maintain an organized database of leads using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
  • Conduct outbound email marketing campaigns to engage prospects.
  • Develop personalized and strategic outreach strategies based on customer profiles.
  • Qualify leads based on company-defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Track and report key metrics such as open rates, response rates, conversion rates, and lead status.
  • Continuously test and optimize email sequences, templates, and lead lists for better performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation tactics and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in lead generation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or email marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience using , , , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar lead generation platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailshake, Lemlist, Outreach, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Data-driven mindset – ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a startup environment.
  • Knowledge of sales automation tools and lead enrichment practices.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
