Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our business development team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales for our IT services and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services (web/mobile development, blockchain solutions, digital marketing, etc.)
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams (tech, design, marketing) to align on solutions
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and technology services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B or tech services sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Basic understanding of digital services and technology trends
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and lead generation platforms
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
