**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a results-driven and outgoing **Sales Executive** to handle both **in-store sales** and **field sales activities**. This hybrid role involves engaging showroom visitors and also proactively building relationships with **architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients** to generate and convert leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Retail Sales**:

- Assist walk-in customers at the showroom and guide them through product selections
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable furniture options
- Prepare quotations, close deals, and follow up on after-sales services
- Maintain product displays and showroom hygiene

**Field Sales**:

- Identify and approach architects, interior designers, and real estate developers
- Schedule meetings, office visits, and site visits to showcase our product range
- Build long-term B2B relationships to drive bulk and project-based furniture sales
- Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking
- Coordinate with the back-office team for proposals, deliveries, and project timelines

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or building materials
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a go-getter attitude
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits and client meetings
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
