**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented **Sales Executive** to join our business development team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales for our IT services and digital solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services (web/mobile development, blockchain solutions, digital marketing, etc.)
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, design, marketing) to align on solutions
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and technology services

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B or tech services sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Basic understanding of digital services and technology trends
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and lead generation platforms
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
