Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and representing our company in a professional and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel for client meetings (if required).

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
