**Pre-Sales**
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client goals and craft customized digital marketing and web development solutions.
- Conduct discovery sessions and gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare business proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and project cost estimates.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations, demos, and supporting technical documentation.
- Liaise with design and tech teams to define feasible, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

**Business Analysis**
- Translate client requirements into functional specifications, user stories, wireframes, and workflows.
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify improvement areas and strategic gaps.
- Define KPIs, ROI metrics, and success benchmarks for ongoing and new projects.

**Post-Sales / Delivery Support**
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams during project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, manage client expectations, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Validate outputs against requirements, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support the QA process.
- Collect post-delivery feedback and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years in a Business Analyst or similar client-facing role.
- Familiarity with web development processes, CMS platforms (especially WordPress), and site architecture.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in preparing pre-sales documentation and managing client onboarding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in IT services, digital marketing agencies, or tech startups.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and basic knowledge of wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
- Certifications such as CBAP/CCBA or Digital Marketing credentials are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
