**Job Title**: Tele Sales Executive
**Location**: Benad Road, Jaipur (Office Onsite)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and drive sales
- Provide detailed information and answer customer queries to generate interest and build rapport
- Use sales techniques to persuade potential customers and handle objections effectively
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM software
- Follow up on leads, track responses, and consistently move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, handling rejections gracefully
- Stay up-to-date on product/service offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Work closely with team members and share insights to improve overall performance
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, issues, and potential improvements

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent **communication skills** with clear and confident phone etiquette
- **Active listening** to understand customer needs and personalize responses
- Proficiency in **sales techniques** and the ability to close deals effectively
- Strong **product knowledge** and eagerness to learn about company offerings
