A Telesales Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone. They engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, persuade them to make a purchase, and build relationships to drive sales and revenue. Their duties include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer records. Key Responsibilities:
- **Making outbound calls**:Telesales Executives initiate sales by contacting potential customers, presenting products or services, and attempting to close deals.
- **Handling inbound inquiries**:They also respond to calls from customers or potential customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
- **Meeting sales targets**:They work to achieve individual and team sales goals, often tracked through metrics like call volume, sales revenue, and conversion rates.
- **Building customer relationships**:Telesales Executives aim to create positive interactions with customers, fostering trust and loyalty for repeat business.
- **Following up on leads**:They manage and follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or other sources.
- **Maintaining customer records**:They keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information.
- **Providing customer service**:They address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Staying informed**:They maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
- **Collaborating with teams**:They may work with other sales team members, marketing, or customer service to achieve overall sales goals
