We are seeking passionate and goal-oriented **Sales Representatives (Telesales Executives)** to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering quality and innovation to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using pre-defined scripts.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and company details.
- Understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.
- Enter and update customer details in the CRM/database accurately.
- Process orders and follow up for timely completion.
- Handle customer concerns or grievances to maintain company reputation.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Good knowledge of basic computer operations and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products/services and explain them clearly to customers.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm and confident under pressure with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (between 7 AM to 9 PM — any 8-hour shift).
- Typing proficiency and basic computer knowledge are required.

**Compensation**:
**Pay**: ₹8,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
