Business Development Manager (BDM) – Direct IT Sales
About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic BDM to drive direct B2B sales of our IT solutions and services. You'll own the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure, and post-sales client expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new IT sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and present compelling solutions.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage accounts to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Business, IT, or related.
- 3–7 years in IT/direct sales, with a proven ability to hit targets.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- CRM proficiency; familiarity with IT products and solutions.
