What you will do

  • To plan and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations for cranes, hoists, monorails, and material-handling equipment.
  • To prepare and implement production schedules as per order requirements and resource availability.
  • To ensure that manpower, machines, and materials are used effectively to achieve production targets.
  • To monitor daily production outputs, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth workflow across fabrication, assembly, and testing areas.
  • To establish and maintain a Quality control system for all the manufactured products.
  • To ensure the availability of Raw material as per production requirements.
  • To evaluate and negotiate with the vendors for cost, Quality, and OTD.
  • To monitor material usage and ensure accurate material planning and documentation.
  • To reduce breakdowns by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
  • To coordinate with the design, engineering, and sales teams to ensure clarity on customer requirements.
  • To lead and support the production, quality, store, maintenance, service, PPC, and QC teams.
  • To ensure all statutory and safety compliances are followed in the plant.
  • To support the implementation of the ERP system for better planning and control.
  • To keep themselves updated with the latest tools and technology in the EOT crane field.

What you need to bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial engineering
  • 5+ years of Experience in Industrial Crane manufacturing/ Design, Structural analysis, or Heavy Machinery Design
  • Understanding of Crane manufacturing processes (fabrication, welding, assembly), Hoist systems and motor components, Production planning, Inventory management, Maintenance management, Quality standards and testing parameters,
