About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, accounting entries, and day-to-day bookkeeping. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
  • Manage sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and maintain cash book, bank reconciliation statements, and ledgers.
  • Assist Office Accountant
  • Generate invoices, debit/credit notes, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for financial data.
  • Support monthly and annual closing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of working experience as a Tally Operator or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
