Talent Acquisition Team Lead
to head a team of recruiters in a high-performance, fast-paced environment. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for driving large-scale hiring campaigns and ensuring delivery excellence across bulk and campus hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 8 recruiters, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Take ownership of high-volume hiring targets (150–200 hires per month) across multiple roles and industries.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies for bulk, entry-level, and campus hiring.
  • Monitor recruiter performance and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and leadership to understand manpower requirements and deliver on hiring commitments.
  • Drive recruiter training and development to improve productivity and candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide timely reports on hiring progress.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum
    3 years of recruitment experience
    , with at least
    1 year as a Team Lead
    managing a team of 8 recruiters.
  • Proven success in
    bulk hiring and campus hiring
    (high-volume recruitment experience is mandatory).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide the team.
  • Experience in working in a
    fast-paced, target-driven environment
    .
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines.
