We are seeking a dynamic
Talent Acquisition Lead
to drive end-to-end hiring for IT and product engineering roles. You will lead a recruiter team, leverage AI-powered tools, and partner with business leaders to attract and onboard top talent while enhancing our employer brand.

Job Responsibilities-

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and product engineering roles across multiple domains and seniority levels.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using AI recruitment tools (mandatory).
  • Utilize ATS platforms for job postings, candidate tracking, and recruitment analytics (mandatory).
  • Mentor and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Partner with business leaders for workforce planning and niche tech hiring.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen InspironLabs' market presence.
  • Ensure hiring compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
  • AI & GenAI Focus – Harnessing AI and Generative AI to deliver smarter solutions
  • Scalable Tech Stack – Building future-ready systems for performance and resilience.
  • Proven Enterprise Experience – Deploying solutions across industries and geographies.

Required Skills

  • Experience: 4–8 years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in IT recruitment for services and product engineering companies.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with AI recruitment tools (e.g., HireEZ, SeekOut,LinkedIn AI features) and ATS platforms.
  • Proficiency in sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's/ Master's in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
