About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Banking and Payments domain particularly across solutions such as Wallets, Cards, and related fintech products. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in enterprise pre-sales, deep understanding of banking technology, and the ability to engage with global financial institutions to drive growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development initiatives within the Banking and Payments segment, focusing on wallets, cards, and other digital financial solutions.
  • Lead and support pre-sales activities including solution positioning, proposal creation, client presentations, and end-to-end RFP management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and tailor solutions aligned with client requirements and emerging market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, fintech companies, and financial service providers across global markets.
  • Conduct client demos, identify opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline effectively to meet business objectives.
  • Stay updated with the evolving landscape of banking technology, digital payments, and regulatory frameworks.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 4–6 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in a pre-sales role focused on enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience in the Banking and Payments domain, preferably with exposure to wallets, card management systems, and fintech platforms.
  • Prior experience working with a Banking Software Vendor serving global financial institutions is strongly preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of financial software products in payments, banking, and fintech ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in selling solutions to banks and fintech clients.
  • Solid understanding of the RFP process, with hands-on experience managing end-to-end proposal and client engagement cycles.
  • Global exposure in dealing with international banks and financial clients.
