Job Overview

We are seeking a fresher-level Pre Sales professional to join our team at San Greens Limited. The position is based in Bengaluru and offers a full-time employment opportunity. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with our agricultural initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our Coconut Habitat Project and be part of our sustainable farming mission.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Product Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Deep understanding of agricultural products, specifically coconut farming methodologies and benefits, is essential for effectively presenting our initiatives to potential clients.
  • Customer Needs Analysis (Mandatory skill): Ability to assess and analyze client requirements to tailor solutions that meet their specific needs, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Presentation Skills (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in communicating ideas clearly and compellingly in presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts and solutions to diverse audiences effectively.
  • Technical Aptitude: Understanding of basic technical concepts in agriculture to engage in informed discussions about our farming technologies and practices.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges and provide innovative solutions that align with our sustainable farming practices.
  • Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating terms and agreements that benefit both the company and the clients, ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with our agricultural initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive product presentations, showcasing the benefits and sustainability aspects of our Coconut Habitat Project.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide detailed feedback to the product development and management teams.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations that incorporate strategic insights from market research findings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Support sales processes by providing technical information and resolving product-related inquiries from clients.
