Job Overview
We are seeking a Pre Sales Female to join our dynamic team based in Bengaluru. This full-time position requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience and offers an exciting opportunity to engage in transformative agricultural projects like the Coconut Habitat Project. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving pre-sales activities, and fostering customer relationships with a strong emphasis on communication, customer relationship management, and product knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills, essential for engaging effectively with clients throughout the sales process (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in customer relationship management to maintain and nurture strong client relationships (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth product knowledge to provide comprehensive information and guidance to clients (Mandatory skill).
- Effective presentation skills to deliver compelling product presentations to clients.
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes in sales dealings and agreements.
- Adept at problem-solving to troubleshoot and resolve any pre-sales issues efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate within a team setting to support joint efforts in achieving sales objectives.
- Capable of conducting comprehensive market research to inform strategy and decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and drive pre-sales activities to support the sales team in achieving targets and business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs and interests of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance customer engagement efforts.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business expansion areas.
- Analyze client inquiries to develop effective solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports on pre-sales activities, progress, and outcomes for management review.
- Continuously update product knowledge to remain current with industry trends and advancements.
