Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support and enhance our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration, with a passion for creating a positive employee experience and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal cycles.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and compliance checks.
- Contribute to employee engagement, culture-building, and wellness initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within a tech or software environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HR platforms like BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) practices.
- Familiarity with managing remote and hybrid teams.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
