
Front Office Associate

Role Summary:
A Front Office Associate is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. They handle reception duties, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Great and welcome clients, visitor's and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; handle enquires efficiently.
- Manage reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a presentable environment.
- Maintain appointment schedules, meeting room bookings, and visitor's records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier and office communication.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying and scanning.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication flow.
- Maintain records of office supplies and assist in procurement when required.
- Provide basic information about the company, products, or services to visitor's.
- Assist HR/Accounts team with clerical support as needed.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Tally & MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Pleasant personality with customer- centric approach.
- Ability to handle pressure with professionalism
Qualification:
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (preferably with training in office administration or front desk management).
- 0-2years of experience in front office/reception/admin roles.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Must be based in Cochin or willing to relocate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edapally, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
