Inside Sales Specialist

Role Overview
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation, with a strong focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the market through outbound and inbound efforts.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products/services and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- 4-6years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with native or near-native English proficiency.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be willing to work in shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience selling in EPM space or B2B industries.
- Experience working across time zones and remote teams.
