Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager (B2B/C), based in Mumbai. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales activities to drive growth and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, offering excellent customer service, and providing training to clients on the platform's features. The role also requires frequent engagement with society committees and vendors to bolster the adoption of NoBrokerHood's solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management expertise to develop strategies, meet targets, and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Willing to travel
  • Ability to facilitate Training sessions to guide clients and other stakeholders on how to use the platform efficiently.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and client relationship building across various levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in real estate, SaaS, or community management solutions is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
