Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance relationships with institutional partners

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and other activities related to institutional relations

  • Prepare and distribute communication materials to stakeholders

  • Conduct research on potential partners and assist in identifying new opportunities for collaboration

  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to institutional relations activities

  • Provide administrative support to the Institutional Relations team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in institutional relations or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of higher education or non-profit sector is a plus
