About the Role
Chai Waale is rapidly expanding its footprint inside corporate offices, tech parks, institutions, and business parks, and we're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead corporate café and kiosk acquisitions.
This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, confident, excellent at networking, and experienced in opening doors within the corporate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities inside corporate offices, tech parks, institutions, and food courts for Chai Waale Cafés, Pantries, and Kiosks.
- Approach and build strong relations with Facility Management, Admin, HR, and Leasing Teams.
- Present and pitch Chai Waale's brand concept, product offering, and value proposition.
- Conduct site visits, coordinate commercial terms, and manage negotiations.
- Maintain BD pipelines: leads, follow-ups, and closure reports.
- Liaise with Projects, Operations, and Fit-Out Teams to ensure smooth execution post-approval.
- Represent the brand professionally at corporate meetings, events, and networking platforms.
Requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Leasing, Institutional Sales, or Hospitality.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of managing end-to-end business conversations.
- Fluent in English, Tamil is strongly preferred, Hindi is a brownie point.
- Energetic, well-presented, reliable, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term corporate relationships.
