About the Role

We're looking for a
high-energy, high-impact Business Development Representative (BDR)
with hands-on experience selling into the
US Healthcare & Life Sciences
market.

As the
frontline of our GTM strategy
, you will:

  • Engage and build relationships with
    US healthcare providers, payers, RCM companies, medical billing organizations, life sciences enterprises, and MedTech leaders
  • Drive outbound prospecting, discovery conversations, demo scheduling & qualified pipeline creation
  • Be a key storyteller communicating the value of
    AI-powered automation & analytics

What We're Looking For

5–7 years in
BDR / SDR / Inside Sales / US Healthcare Sales

Experience selling
SaaS / AI / Automation / Healthcare-IT / Digital Solutions

Strong knowledge of
US healthcare workflows
(RCM, claims, coding, prior auth, denials, documentation)

Expert in
outbound prospecting
(cold calling, LinkedIn, email cadences, events)

Excellent
US-Market English communication & articulation

Hands-on
CRM experience
(HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho)


What You'll Do

Identify, research & qualify prospects in Healthcare & Life Sciences

Run outbound campaigns & generate a high-quality pipeline

Lead discovery calls & understand customer pain points

Collaborate with Marketing on ICP & GTM initiatives

Maintain CRM dashboards & weekly reporting

Support proposals & follow-ups to close opportunities


Good to have

Experience with
GenAI / AI-ML / OCR / IDP / automation
platforms

Prior US-time-zone sales experience

Exposure to
start-ups or high-growth SaaS
environments
