Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Implementation Executive located in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing end-to-end sales processes, identifying and resolving customer requirements, and leading software implementation activities. The candidate will provide training to end-users and offer comprehensive customer support to ensure successful adoption of solutions. Additionally, maintaining client relationships and gathering feedback to improve services will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess sales opportunities and implementation requirements.
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Customer Service skills to address inquiries and build positive client relationships.
- Experience in Software Implementation and providing practical solutions to meet client needs.
- Capability in conducting user training sessions and ensuring ease of software adoption.
- Adaptability and a goal-oriented mindset to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Relevant experience in sales, implementation, or customer service roles will be an advantage.
