Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and develop potential business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, good communication abilities, and a proven track record in generating leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through online research, databases, and networking platforms.
  • Manage outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, etc.) to connect with prospects.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
  • Nurture leads through effective follow-up and initial relationship building.
  • Work closely with the sales/marketing team to align lead generation strategies.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and lead research tools is a plus.
