Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated Inside Sales Consultants / Telecallers, preferably female candidates, to join our team.

This role is ideal for:

  • Experienced candidates in real estate sales or telecalling.

  • Freshers with strong communication, adaptability, and sales aptitude.

  • The primary responsibility is generating high-quality prospects for luxury properties, which will then be handed over to senior sales executives for deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make cold calls and cold emails to prospective clients.

  • Build and maintain a prospect list for residential and commercial properties.

  • Identify and qualify interested prospects for property investments.

  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with seniors for client meetings.

  • Maintain CRM and lead tracking for smooth handover to senior sales executives.

  • Achieve weekly call targets and maintain quality prospect lists.

  • Assist seniors in improving client conversion rates.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidates preferred; freshers and experienced are both welcome.

  • Experience in real estate sales, telecalling, or inside sales is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Noida real estate market preferred.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and sales skills.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
