Job description

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills

 Product and Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of different wallpaper types, applications, trends, and the competitive landscape is essential for advising clients and making informed decisions.

  • Sales and marketing experience, ideally within the interiors or luxury design industry.

 Sales and Negotiation: The ability to persuasive negotiate with retailers and customers, understand objections, and find win-win scenarios is crucial for closing deals and driving sales.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular, personalized engagement fosters loyalty and helps identify new opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

 Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication is needed to articulate goals to your team, explain product specifications to customers, and collaborate effectively with various internal departments and external partners.
