Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Modern Trade based in Mumbai only. The Manager Modern Trade will be responsible for managing and growing the chain store business, developing and implementing sales strategies, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The individual will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, managing key accounts, overseeing promotional activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing and growing chain stores business and handling key accounts
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in coordinating with various stakeholders and managing promotional activities
  • Ability to handle customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in sales management software and tools is an added advantage
  • Experience in the plastic industry or any related sector is beneficial
