We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Managers to drive the sales and market expansion of Propel Drives. The role involves developing business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and leading regional growth initiatives in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the assigned region.
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with OEMs, channel partners, and end-users.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to strengthen Propel Drives positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for brand promotion, product launches, and lead generation.
  • Drive channel partner/distributor network expansion and performance.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to commercial terms.
  • Represent Propel Drives at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile preferred); MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
  • 812 years of proven sales experience in Industrial Drives / Motors / Gearboxes / Transmission systems / Capital Equipment.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
