Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Procurement Coordinator to manage the complete order cycle—from receiving client RFQs to final payment collection. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients, vendors, and management, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and driving overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Receive RFQs (Request for Quotation) from clients and capture details accurately in the CRM.

 Actively source vendors (domestic & international) using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, ChatGPT, and other online resources, if vendors are not specified by the client.

 Review vendor quotations with management before finalizing and sharing with the client.

 Upon client agreement, prepare and issue the purchase order.

 Ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction once products are received.

 Follow up with clients for timely payments and escalate overdue cases if needed.

 Record all interactions, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payment status in the CRM.

Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

 Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / Google Workspace.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines under pressure.
