**Overview**

The Inventory & Procurement Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's inventory levels while ensuring timely procurement of necessary goods and services. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and a keen eye for cost-effective solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee and optimize inventory levels to ensure efficient operations and minimize stockouts.
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies, including forecasting, replenishment planning, and cycle counting.
- Monitor inventory performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- **Procurement**:

- Identify and source reliable vendors for goods and services, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable deals.
- Manage the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- **Supply Chain Optimization**:

- Analyze supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Implement initiatives to improve supply chain performance, such as lead time reduction, transportation optimization, and risk management.
- **Vendor Development**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Evaluate vendor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Cost Management**:

- Continuously seek ways to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality or service.
- Implement cost-saving measures, such as bulk purchasing, standardization, and supplier consolidation.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that procured goods and services meet quality standards and specifications.
- Implement quality control measures and monitor product performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in reverse engineering is a must-have for this position.
- Proven experience in inventory management and procurement.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in inventory control software and tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma quality standards and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Additional Preferred Skills**
- Experience in designing and costing products or processes.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience in vendor development and relationship management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹9,117.32 per month
