Job Title: Inventory and Order Account Management Executive (Fashion Jewellery)

Job Description:

We are a leading Fashion Jewellery brand seeking a skilled and motivated fresh graduate to join our team as an Inventory and Order Management Executive. This is a work-from-home position, ideal for candidates with up to one year of experience in inventory and order management. In this role, you will manage our end-to-end inventory and order operations, handle cost management (especially for Google Ads and Meta Ads), and ensure accurate accounting across all processes. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient budget allocation without direct customer communication. You will receive comprehensive training during the first month to equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Track stock levels to ensure products are always available and maintain accurate records of stock movements to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Order Scheduling and Processing: Schedule orders for timely dispatch and work closely with the logistics team to ensure accurate order processing from start to finish.
• Returns and Refunds Management: Oversee all return processes and maintain accurate records for returned items, coordinating with the accounts team for timely refunds as needed.
• Cost Management: Track and record all advertising and operational costs, especially related to Google Ads, Meta Ads, and logistics. Ensure budgets are adhered to, and expenses are optimized.
• Financial Account Monitoring: Monitor ad account balances and allocate costs effectively to prevent budget lapses, ensuring accounts are fully funded and operational.
• Reporting: Generate and present comprehensive reports on inventory, order status, costs, and ad expenses, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Budget Allocation: Work within budget guidelines for Google and Meta Ads, inventory, and logistics to maximize ROI and prevent overspending.
• Collaborative Work: Coordinate closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to align operations with business goals and streamline processes.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve inventory and order management procedures, striving for greater accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all processes and accounts comply with company policies and regulatory standards, maintaining detailed records for auditing purposes.

Qualifications:

• Inventory and Order Management Skills: Knowledge of inventory tracking, order scheduling, and cost management.
• E-commerce and Advertising Experience: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, ad platforms, and cost management for Google and Meta advertising.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial and operational data and generate insightful reports for inventory, order management, and ad costs.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring all records are accurate, and accounts are managed effectively.
• Experience: Female candidates who are fresh graduates with an interest in inventory and order management. Freshers or those with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, inventory management software, and spreadsheets.
• Learning Willingness: Open to learning and training to develop skills across cost management, inventory, and order operations.
