3. Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our furniture and interior solutions to government organizations.
4. Tender Management: Identify and bid on relevant government tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements and regulations.
6. Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals and presentations to government clients, highlighting the value proposition of our solutions.
7. Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with government clients, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
8. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and government initiatives that may impact our business.
# Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the furniture or interior industry, preferably with government organizations.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Knowledge: Familiarity with government procurement processes and tendering procedures.
5. Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or project management would be an added advantage.
