Business Development Manager (B2B Sales)
Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, developing strategic B2B partnerships, and expanding our presence in key markets. This role combines sales, strategy, and relationship building—ensuring sustainable growth for the company .
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on financial gains and market expansion .
Conduct market research to identify new clients, markets, and growth opportunities .
Arrange and lead business meetings with prospects, understand client needs, and deliver appropriate presentations .
Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships .
Negotiate contracts and close business deals, ensuring all agreements align with company policies .
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure client requirements are met.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs .
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communications .
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2–5 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales or business development .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Strong understanding of technology, SaaS, or IT services (a plus).
