About the role
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is assigned for growing and maintaining relationships with the company's top-tier clients. This critical role focuses on enhancing sales growth, client satisfaction, and loyalty by delivering customized solutions and outstanding service. The KAM serves as the primary connection for key accounts, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled while identifying potential for additional sales and expanded business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Understand client needs and business objectives to provide customized solutions.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all key accounts
• Handle and resolve client issues and complaints promptly
• Develop strategic plans to achieve defined targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction & identify further needs.
• Monitor account performance, revenue, growth metrics and profitability.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions
• Face to face meetings for gathering trust of client and resolving any issues.
Performance Skills
1. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
2. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
5. Strong analytical and organizational skills
Qualifications Required

Education
:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience
:
0-3 years of experience in key account management, or sales management, preferably in the logistics industry will be a plus point
