Your mandate will be to drive client success/retention, operational excellence, and service innovation across all our offerings including Organic Search (SEO), Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Social Media, Paid Marketing, and Marketing Automation. You'll also have a seat at the leadership table to shape the next phase of Saffron Edge's growth.
Role Summary:
As a Senior Account Manager – SEO, you'll be the primary owner of client accounts. Your mandate is to deliver measurable results, build trusted relationships, and guide both clients and internal SEO teams toward success. You'll leverage advanced SEO frameworks, including Audience Intent Optimization (AIO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Geographical/Local SEO (GEO), to ensure campaigns drive tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
● Own end-to-end SEO delivery for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and ROI.
● Translate client objectives into actionable SEO strategies and campaigns, including AIO, AEO, and GEO-based tactics.
● Coordinate cross-functional SEO teams (on-page, off-page, content, technical).
● Implement strategies for audience intent mapping, featured snippets, answer boxes, and local search visibility.
● Track KPIs, analyze results, and present performance updates with insights on audience, SERP features, and geographic reach.
● Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on SEO potential and insights.
● Act as an escalation point for delivery-related issues.
Knowledge & Experience:
● 3–5 years in SEO account management.
● Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, off-page strategies, and advanced frameworks like AIO, AEO, and GEO.
● Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA, GSC) and local search platforms.
● Proven track record of managing mid-to-large clients and driving measurable search performance.
Skills:
● Exceptional communication/comprehension and presentation skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
● Clear communicator capable of translating technical insights into actionable strategies for cross-functional teams.
● Strong client relationship and stakeholder management.
● Analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
● Project management with attention to timelines and outcomes.
